Notes on our fees

We only charge for meals and snacks for funded days. There is no charge for attending for the additional half an hour from 7.30am until 8am, which is not covered by the 10 hours of funding for a full day, nor do we charge extra for consumables or activities such as Forest School or Story Shakers, which form part of our normal curriculum. We do charge for optional swimming lessons offered in pre school on a Wednesday, due to the cost of hiring the pool. However, we are an inclusive setting and these lessons are provided free of charge for children in receipt of EYPP, including those who do not normally attend nursery on a Wednesday. Meals and snacks are also provided free of charge for children in receipt of EYPP. Families who do not qualify for this funding from the Local Authority and who do not wish to pay the additional charge for meals may provide their own as per our packed lunch policy. However, our fees do represent value for money with a full day including breakfast, morning snack, two course lunch, afternoon snack and a two course tea, all cooked freshly on site.
